A single-story extension fit for a growing family.

Prem Built was engaged by the clients to grow their single-story home with 3 additional spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a double car garage. Entertaining was also key for this young family, so a new alfresco, inclusive of skylights are a nice addition in this grandiose space. Our belief, the best extensions are the extensions that offer a seamless transition from old to new, evident by the ridge of the extended roof line.
